Beginning Tuesday, May 4th, 2021 class will be held on the library lawn. If raining we will meet in the community room. Thursdays will continue on Zoom for now.
Why not choose an intention to improve your well-being through Tai Chi and Qigong. Better balance, less stress, improved flexibility, all that and more can be a goal you set for yourself. By doing a practice that we enjoy in a gentle and friendly atmosphere we can more easily commit to doing it consistently. Taught by Tai–Chi instructor, David Haines, all classes are beginner-friendly and tailored to all levels.
